P11/T11 steel is a mild and very tough CrMo steel; case-hardenable, weldable, and resistant to hot creep at 550° C. Used for the manufacture of tubes for boilers and superheaters or for the transport of superheated steam and high pressure, and generally among the most widely used for the production of tubes for high temperature and pressure applications.
